Complete these steps only after the model, current software and remote service route have been confirmed for your equipment.
If the display is already on the required version, continue to step 3. Download firmware only for the exact model. Use a microSD card, copy the firmware file to its root — not to a folder — and do not unpack the archive. The card must contain the .upd file.
Insert the prepared card into the powered-off display, turn it on and wait for the update to complete. The device can restart several times. Do not remove power or the card until the menu has started fully.
Install and start one remote-access application on the computer that will be used for the agreed session.
Use the same Wi‑Fi network, or one mobile hotspot. Then send a request with the exact model and current software version to arrange the next step.
