1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Lowrance Remote, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Lowrance Remote is a service and operator utility for supported connections and service operations involving compatible Lowrance and Simrad marine displays. Available functions depend on the application build, agent platform, device model, software version and approved workflow.
3. Accounts and installation access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration and for protecting access to your account, email, device and installation. Google Sign-In may be used to identify the account and link multiple installations. Never share access credentials or registration details with an unauthorised person.
You must have lawful authority to access every device connected through Lowrance Remote. If you act for another owner or organisation, you must have their permission before starting a connection or operation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- connect to or operate a device without the owner's permission;
- bypass access controls, approval steps or service restrictions;
- interfere with the service, infrastructure or another user's session;
- share credentials with unauthorised persons;
- submit false device, registration or identity information;
- use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.
5. Device and service operations
Before an operation, you are responsible for identifying the correct device, maintaining stable power and network access, and following the instructions provided for that workflow. The outcome can depend on the device model, software version, network state, power stability, existing configuration and hardware condition.
Do not disconnect, power off or alter the device while an operation is in progress unless the operator or the displayed instructions tell you to do so. A completed connection does not guarantee that every requested operation is compatible with every device.
6. Availability and external dependencies
Lowrance Remote depends on Internet connectivity, local network conditions, device compatibility and external infrastructure. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control. Continuous or 100% availability is not guaranteed.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lowrance Remote is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported devices, unstable power, unavailable networks, unauthorised changes or inaccurate information supplied by the user.
7. Security and suspension
Access may be limited, suspended or revoked when there is suspected abuse, a security risk, unauthorised activity, a breach of these terms or a need to protect users, devices or infrastructure. Service and audit records may be reviewed for security and troubleshooting.

How account, Google identity, device and operation data are handled is described in the Lowrance Remote Privacy Policy.
9. Independent service and trademarks
Lowrance Remote is an independent service tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lowrance, Simrad, Navico, or their respective owners. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, supported workflows or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
